The World Trade Center Four could be a symbol saying you can knock us down once but we will come back stronger and bigger than ever.

• The new WTC is going to be the tallest building in America and the concrete used around the elevators, pipes, communication wires, and all the vital structures is three foot thick icrete.

• This building is making a statement that terrorist can win one battle, destruction of the twin towers, but there's no way they could possibly win the war we're just to strong of a country.
